Vintage 80s blue plaid flannel midi length shirt dress with a fitted elastic waist, and a loose skirt with pockets. It has shoulder pads that can be easily removed with a seam ripper if you wish. It has small belt loops at the sides of the waist, but does not come with a belt (shown styled with one as an example in the first two photos).
